Holiday Closures

SWOG office closures for the holidays will be as follows:

• Stat Center (CRAB):  Closed Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1
• Stat Center (FHCRC):  Closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
• Group Chair's Office:  Closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1
• Operations Office:  Closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1

Between Dec. 26 and Dec. 31, the Operations Office and the Group Chair's Office will have minimal staffing. If you need assistance with a patient registration issue related to the Operations Office during this time, please call the Operations Office at 210-614-8808 and dial extension 1013 or send an email to member@swog.org. If you need assistance to report a Serious Adverse Event, please dial extension 1020 or send an email to adr@swog.org. A protocol question where a response is needed prior to January 2nd may be addressed by dialing extension 1008 or sending an email to protocols@swog.org. Any other Operations Office needs may be addressed by dialing extension 1004 or sending an email to info@swog.org.

For any Group Chair's Office concern that must be addressed during this time, please call 503-494-5586.

All other issues will be handled when we return on Jan. 2.
